Warehouse Team Member

Start your new career as a Warehouse Team Member with MAU in Columbia, SC. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will support distribution center operations by unloading, putting away, picking, staging, and loading products while maintaining accurate inventory movement, food safety, and warehouse sanitation standards.

• Pay of $20.25 per hour
• First shift: 7:00 AM-5:30 PM

• Temp-to-hire opportunity after 520 hours worked
• Required overtime as needed, with notice on scheduled workdays

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Food handling experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and twist
• Ability to work in extreme cold, including freezer environments

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Team Member:

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and sanitation
• Support the efficient and accurate movement of products throughout the warehouse
• Promptly unload products into the warehouse
• Put away, pick, stage, and prepare products for efficient movement and loading
• Load products onto outbound trucks according to company policies, weight limits, and loading restrictions
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain food safety standards throughout the warehouse
• Accurately and effectively operate warehouse technology, including scanners
• Enter data accurately into applicable systems
• Ensure products are accepted and returned according to company policies
• Perform other tasks as assigned
