    Job Description Summary:

    As one of our Warehouse/Forklift Operators, your support the shipping/tygard operations and provide additional assistance in other areas of the warehouse as needed. Additionally, you will serve as the final quality control associate for the finished product.

    Position Related Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Responsible to operate a forklift efficiently and safely in daily tasks.
    • Efficiently load and unload material; stage and distribute materials in the work area.
    • Perform cycle counting of raw and finished materials.
    • Display thorough knowledge of warehouse processes including production put-away and shipping.
    • Participate in process improvement geared toward resolving and sustaining solutions in areas identified as deficient or inefficient.
    • Complete other duties as assigned (i.e. backup of for other positions in the department, etc.).

    Education and Additional Skills

    • General Education, Diploma
    • Possess ability to work scheduled shift and overtime, weekends, and/or flexible hours as needed.
    • Ability to repeatedly climb, bend and lift up to 60 lbs.
    • Maintain and adhere to all GMP and safety requirements.
    • Work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Complete company requirements to become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment.

    Pay Range:

    United States of America: 43,680 USD - 45,136 USD

    Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
