Warehouse Technician

General Job Description:

IES Residential is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse, inventory, and material-handling operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare materials and supplies for field and operational teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Communicate inventory needs and updates to supervisors and team members.
• Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Minimum Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2 Specific Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, labor, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational instructions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks, where applicable.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in warehouse and job-site environments with varying temperatures, noise, dust, and weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
• This is an on-site, in-person position and is not remote or hybrid.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
