T&E Flow Services is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Tulsa team as a Warehouse Technician. This is a flexible, hands-on position that offers a variety of responsibilities throughout our operation. No two days are exactly the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, learning new skills, and working in a team environment.

Depending on workload and experience, you'll assist with warehouse operations, tool repair, dielectric testing, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and customer equipment processing.

No previous dielectric testing experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training.

Primary Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive and process incoming customer equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Organize inventory and maintain warehouse stock.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with general warehouse and facility maintenance.
  • Support other departments as needed.

Tool Repair

  • Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair utility hand tools and specialized equipment.
  • Replace worn or damaged components using manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and functional testing.
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation.
  • Ensure repaired tools meet safety and operational standards.

Rubber Goods & Dielectric Testing

  • Inspect rubber gloves, sleeves, blankets, line hose, hoods, hot sticks, grounds, jumpers, and other insulating equipment.
  • Perform dielectric testing in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
  • Identify defects and determine pass/fail status.
  • Document testing results and prepare inspection reports.
  • Label, organize, and package tested equipment for customer return.
  • Maintain testing equipment and calibration records.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Warehouse experience.
  • Shipping and receiving experience.
  • Mechanical repair experience.
  • Forklift certification or experience.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or the utility industry.
  • Previous dielectric testing experience (preferred but not required).
