Shift: Flexible schedule required, including overtime, holidays, and weekends.

Position SummaryThe Warehouse & LN Room Support Technician is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, material movement, liquid nitrogen (LN) room activities, and internal customer service. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, products, and supplies are properly received, stored, issued, and transported throughout the facility while maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, and other internal departments to support production activities and maintain efficient material flow throughout the facility.

Qualifications
Required- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or advanced education preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling operations preferred.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and effectively communicate information to colleagues at various levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with PC operations and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including overtime, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices, and company policies.
Preferred- SAP or ERP system experience.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience working with or around liquid nitrogen and cryogenic materials.
- Experience working safely around warehouse equipment and powered industrial trucks.
ResponsibilitiesAt all times, employees must follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies.
Essential Functions- Maintain a safe work environment and demonstrate safe work habits at all times.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory transactions.
- Store, organize, and maintain raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods inventory.
- Pull, stage, and issue materials to support manufacturing and internal customer requests.
- Perform inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy within SAP.
- Support LN room operations, including the handling, transfer, storage, and monitoring of cryogenic materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare and package materials for domestic and international shipments.
- Handle and transport materials requiring dry ice or liquid nitrogen shipping conditions.
- Support product finalization, storage, and movement throughout the facility.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other approved material handling equipment.
- Perform routine housekeeping and organization of warehouse and LN room areas.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
- Accumulate, label, and manage hazardous waste as applicable to assigned areas.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Attend required training, workshops, and meetings.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide support for additional warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing-related activities as assigned by department leadership.
Physical Requirements- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments, including cold storage areas.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including cryogenic PPE when working in LN room environments.
