Job Title: Warehouse Technician
Location: Henrietta, NY
Summary: Nesco Resource is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the renewable energy industry to hire a Warehouse Technician for a long-term temporary opportunity. This role focuses primarily on computer-based inventory transactions, tracking materials in an ERP system, and moving materials and finished products throughout a manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, entering and tracking inventory information, and working in a fast-paced production environment. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.

Shift(s):
- Shift 2: Monday – Thursday (4 X 10), 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- Shift 3: Friday – Sunday (3 X 12), 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- $20.00 – $21.00/Hour + 12% Shift Differential for both shifts
- Complete accurate material and inventory transactions in the company’s ERP system.
- Track materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Move materials to production lines and finished products throughout the facility.
- Receive and organize materials and fulfill production material requests.
- Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Communicate with warehouse, production, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and engineering teams.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate, organized work.
- Operate a forklift or pallet jack occasionally, as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn/use an ERP or inventory management system.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, or materials experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately enter and track information.
- Good communication and follow-through.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Avante experience is a plus.
