Join a dedicated, tight-knit team that creates an immediate and meaningful impact every day.Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support our Rapid Site Deployment (RSD) team. You will be responsible for the shipping and receiving of Clinic in a Box (CIB) sets and Information Technology (IT) Go Boxes. You will order and maintain inventory of needed supplies and equipment. You will gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.This role is onsite in Nashville, TN.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide logistical support to the RSD teamCoordinate outgoing shipments: prepare documentation, conduct 100% quality assurance, create labels, schedule pickups and ship all packages on time for specific events.Communicate with internal and external teams on delivery schedules, returned shipments, and all status updates.Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse shelves using inventory management systemsCarefully place items into appropriate packaging materials (boxes, envelopes, etc.) and add protective cushioning as neededKeep filing systems (digital or physical) organized for easy access.Coordinate inbound and outbound carrier pickups/deliveries (FedEx, UPS, LTL, etc.).Conduct routine cycle counts and maintain a 95% and above inventory accuracy rateSubmit procurement requests, track requested items and receive stock into inventory once receivedPerform operational checks on equipment to ensure functionalityProcess claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments in a timely mannerTrack and analyze missed shipments to ensure they do not occur againRespond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel if unable to handlePerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma, or GED5 years of related shipping and receiving experience, Medical logistics experience preferredKnowledge of electronic shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.)Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigationAdditional InformationAbility to move containers with wheels up to 100 lbsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgencyExceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be self-motivatedKnowledge of office equipment (Fax, Printer, Copier, etc.)Experience LevelsLevel 3: 3-5 years of experienceLevel 4: 5-10 years of experienceCompensation and BenefitsPay and benefits are fundamental to any career decision.
