This position supports a busy logistics and distribution warehouse in Sumner, WA. The work environment is fast-paced, safety-focused, and team-oriented. As a Warehouse Lead Trainer, you will play an important role in helping new and existing associates understand job expectations, safe work practices, and daily warehouse processes.

Job Duties
As a Warehouse Lead Trainer, you will:
- Train and support new hires on job duties, safety expectations, PPE standards, and warehouse processes.
- Conduct daily floor walks and safety checks to identify concerns, coaching opportunities, and retraining needs.
- Provide hands-on coaching and corrective feedback in a respectful and professional way.
- Help monitor associate performance, safety, productivity, and readiness throughout the shift.
- Communicate training updates, safety concerns, and associate progress to Verstela leadership and onsite partners.
Available Schedules:
Day Shift
Shift A: Sunday to Wednesday 6am - 4:30pm
Shift C: Wednesday to Saturday 6am - 4:30pm
Night Shift
Shift B: Sunday to Wednesday 6pm to 4:30am
Shift D: Wednesday to Saturday 6pm to 4:30am
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or production experience required.
- Comfortable training, coaching, and supporting associates on the warehouse floor.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety expectations and safe work practices.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with associates and leadership.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
