Forklift Operators (Transporters)
for a food manufacturing facility in Niles, IL. This is a great opportunity for dependable, safety-focused individuals with forklift experience who are looking for steady, full-time employment with weekly pay and a supportive work environment.

What You'll Do:
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy
- Perform receiving, put-away, and inventory transactions using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Conduct cycle counts, validate inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support production by supplying materials and moving pallets as needed
- Inspect forklifts daily and perform basic equipment checks
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and report any product damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following food safety, GMP, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous forklift experience required
- Warehouse or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties
- Willingness to work weekends and mandatory overtime when needed
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
