Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Night Warehouse Loader in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for loading, organizing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal Night Warehouse Loader is reliable, physically capable, and motivated to work as part of a team to meet daily shipping deadlines. On-the-job training is provided by warehouse management.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous warehouse, loading, or material handling experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance REQUIRED
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and follow direction from supervisors
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Load and organize products for outbound shipments
Verify materials are handled accurately and safely during loading operations
Maintain organization of warehouse staging areas and loading zones
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Work efficiently to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by management
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Report damaged materials or safety concerns promptly
Support team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse or distribution experience
Experience loading trucks or trailers
Material handling or shipping experience
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including warmer conditions
Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
