Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Warehouse / Production Associates to join a growing team in Tulsa. This position combines warehouse operations with light manufacturing responsibilities, including order fulfillment, inventory organization, and the production of standard pleated filters.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and is comfortable working in an active warehouse environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment
Unload incoming trucks and organize warehouse inventory
Assist with the manufacturing of standard pleated filters
Perform cutting and gluing operations according to production specifications
Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts safely (training provided)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or production experience
Forklift experience is a plus
Basic manufacturing or assembly experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday
Comfortable working in an active warehouse and production environment
Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
Work Environment
Clean, active warehouse and light manufacturing facility
Fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork
Less physically demanding than many heavy industrial manufacturing environments
