This position also assists with shipping, receiving, order picking, and other warehouse-related operations to ensure efficient day-to-day business activities.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, Employee Assistance Program, etc.Essential Job FunctionsPerform routine facility maintenance, including changing light bulbs, painting, etc.Perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties, including warehouse floor scrubbing, mopping, dusting, etc.Empty and properly dispose of waste and recycling materialsOperate lawn care and snow removal equipment as needed to maintain grounds and ensure safe access to facilitiesFill, label, and safely store CO2 cylinders, making necessary adjustments to valves and gauges while ensuring compliance with safety procedures as required by locationServe as backup support for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk position as requiredServe as backup support for the Mid-Shift Supervisor position as requiredReceive and unload product from delivery vehicles using a forkliftStore product according to established inventory and stock rotation proceduresReplenish inventory in designated pick locations, including moving and positioning product with a forkliftReceive, unload, consolidate, and restock returned product and empty shellsLoad delivery vehicles for distribution to customer accountsBuild and manage pick-ticket orders to support warehouse operationsCount, verify, and reconcile incoming products returned from daily delivery routes as neededReceive, sort, and distribute incoming FedEx, UPS, and other parcel shipmentsPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification (must be at least 18 years of age)Strong verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of building maintenance procedures and safe work practicesAbility to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to safely operate floor-scrubbing equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirementsAbility to apply proper lifting and material-handling techniquesUnderstanding of and commitment to supporting company goals, policies and operational objectivesWorking EnvironmentWork is primarily performed in a warehouse environment.
