Warehouse- FBM Fulfillment Associate- Tier 1

Title: FBM Fulfillment Associate 

Department: Warehouse and Distribution

Reports to: FBM Team Lead, Outbound Supervisor, Warehouse Manager

Candidates must be over 18 years old and fluently speak and understand English, for safety purposes.

Compensation: $19.50/hr

Shift Schedule: Weekends required 7am- 3pm, 2 weekdays off a week (excluding Mondays and Fridays)

This is a Picker/Packer position within our Warehouse, on the Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) Team. These orders are direct to consumers, this is a key position in our organization that provides customer shipments directly to their homes.

Job Duties: 

• Picking Fulfillment Orders
• Packing Fulfillment Orders
• Recording Carton and packing information
• Processing shipments according to transportation and logistic requirements
• General upkeep and cleaning of work space
• KPI Metrics met (weekly)

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis
• Ability to stand continually for an 8 hour shift

This is a Full-Time, permanent, non-exempt position, complete with benefits eligibility.
