SWING SHIFT 3PM-11:30PM



Primary Responsibilities:

• Pack, sort, and inspect fresh-cut apple products.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently on a production line.
• Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods.
• Work in cold food-processing environments.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required. Similar production positions at Crunch Pak require working in physically demanding environments and handling materials safely.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable attendance.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but often not required.
