Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory, purchasing, or order fulfillment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
Comfortable with repetitive physical activity (bending, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing/pulling)
Basic computer skills and data entry experience (MS Word, Excel; 10-key a plus)
Strong attention to detail for inventory counts, shipment accuracy, and documentation
Pharmacy, distribution center, or fulfillment experience is a plus (license not required)
In-person interviews required; onsite work required
Responsibilities
Coordinate, assemble, and package patient medication orders for shipment
Retrieve shipping documents and labels; organize paperwork for picking and packing
Assist with packing and shipping using national carriers; track shipment delivery status and flag exceptions
Maintain clean, organized stock areas; restock picking locations to support fulfillment flow
Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
Support receiving, inventory tracking, and reconciliation processes
Manage product levels and returned goods according to SOP guidelines
Use MS Word and Excel for inventory/shipping documentation and data entry
Operate a pallet jack and perform material handling tasks as needed
Follow safety guidelines in a warehouse environment with conveyor belts and moving equipment
