As a Cherry Picker Operator , you will play a critical role in ensuring essential products—from life-saving PPE to classroom equipment—are accurately picked, handled, and shipped to customers on time.

Key Responsibilities
Operate powered industrial equipment , including cherry pickers and order pickers, to retrieve and transport inventory safely and efficiently
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Perform material handling tasks such as loading, unloading, staging, and moving products throughout the facility
Ensure all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and documented , including compliance with hazardous materials procedures
Maintain organized inventory by properly storing, locating, and replenishing stock
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance
Support multiple warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping , based on operational needs
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly
Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices , especially when handling chemicals or hazardous materials
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
Proven experience operating cherry pickers, order pickers, or similar powered industrial equipment
Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems for inventory tracking
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic English reading and writing skills to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Work Environment
Warehouse setting transitioning to a modern, climate-controlled facility for improved comfort and consistency
Active role requiring extended periods of standing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching
Daily operation of cherry pickers and other powered industrial equipment
Use of RF scanners, inventory systems, and warehouse technology
Exposure to structured processes for safe handling of materials , including hazardous products
Schedule may vary based on business needs, with an emphasis on safety, organization, and teamwork

This is a Contract position based out of Florence, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
