Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay:

• Entry Level: $18.00/hour
• With Experience: $19.00 – $21.00/hour
  • Once hired on, there is a pay increase

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays required)
• Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Pick orders and prepare shipments accurately and efficiently
• Receive and inspect incoming products
• Utilize pick lists and assist with shipping processes
• Perform basic computer tasks including email and spreadsheets
• Use company inventory/software systems (training provided) 

Additional Duties (as needed):

• Operate sit-down or propane forklifts
• Drive trucks or flatbed vehicles to deliver materials to job sites 

Requirements:

• Steel toe boots (PPE required)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn company software
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
• Must have a clean driving record
