Pay rate: $16.00 - $16.18/ hr
Work schedule: Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST (8 hours/day, shift schedule as assigned)

This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations at Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute. Key duties include receiving and processing incoming shipments, picking and packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and operating warehouse machinery safely. The role requires strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and the physical capability to handle stock in a hospital warehouse setting.

Job Specifications
- Unload incoming shipments, inspect items for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders
- Accurately pick, pack, and deliver items for internal unit orders
- Stock inventory in designated locations and participate in regular inventory counts and audits
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and delivery carts
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records using Excel, Word, email, and internal computer software
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols while keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs in varied warehouse temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email) with the ability to learn internal database programs required
- Mandatory attendance at New Employee Orientation (NEO) for the first 2–3 weeks upon hire
- Mandatory onboarding compliance: Identogo fingerprinting, background checks, State ID/SS card verification, OIG/Abuse registry clearance, negative TB test result, and seasonal flu vaccination (or CEO-approved exemption)
