Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join a busy warehouse operation in Claremore, OK. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory management, and production operations in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, accuracy, and safety are essential.

Required Experience & Skills

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Basic warehouse knowledge preferred
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy
Pick, pack, and prepare outbound customer orders for shipment
Organize and store inventory in assigned warehouse locations
Load and unload trucks manually or using warehouse equipment
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment(if certified)
Assist with inventory counts, stock control, and warehouse organization
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Work closely with team members to meet shipping, receiving, and production goals
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
Forklift or material handling equipment experience
Familiarity with barcode scanners, inventory software, or warehouse systems

Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse / logistics environment
Exposure to shipping activity, warehouse equipment, inventory movement, and production operations
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
