Position Overview

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Warehouse Workers to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Claremore, OK. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory management, and production operations while helping keep daily warehouse activity running efficiently and safely.

Required Experience & Skills

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Basic warehouse knowledge preferred
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
Load and unload trucks manually or with warehouse equipment
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or material handling equipment(if certified)
Assist with inventory counts and stock control activities
Work with team members to meet daily shipping and production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
Forklift or material handling equipment experience
Familiarity with warehouse scanners, barcode systems, or inventory software

Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse / logistics environment
Exposure to shipping activity, inventory movement, warehouse equipment, and production operations
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
