Warehouse Worker/ Deliery Driver

R&G Produce Inc., a fast-paced wholesale produce company, is seeking a reliable and motivated Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves both delivery driving and warehouse responsibilities, supporting daily operations to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of fresh produce to our customers.

Schedule:

• Very early morning start times
• Flexible hours
• Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver produce to customers
• Load and unload products efficiently and accurately
• Assist with warehouse duties, including order picking, packing, and inventory organization
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in excellent condition
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50+ lbs)
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
