Location: Flower Mound, TX 75028
Shift: 2nd Shift 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM (Overtime and weekends as needed)
Pay: Weekly Pay

Job Summary

Our outbound department is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to support warehouse operations. This role focuses on picking, palletizing, and preparing paint products for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and palletize paint products, including quarts, gallons, pails, and miscellaneous items.
• Accurately follow pick lists and work instructions.
• Operate RF scanners to track inventory and order fulfillment.
• Safely operate a walkie rider pallet jack.
• Ensure products are properly stacked, wrapped, and secured for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products ranging from under 10 lbs up to 70 lbs.
• Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, receiving, or outbound experience is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• PPE required at all times.
