Warehouse Worker

This role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and receiving parts from both international and domestic sources while supporting overall shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to work orders and shipping documentation.
• Receive parts from international and national suppliers, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage or discrepancies.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including labeling, staging, and preparing products for outbound shipments.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move, load, and unload materials as needed.
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations to ensure easy access and accurate counts.
• Follow established warehouse procedures for handling, storing, and tracking parts and materials.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area by following housekeeping and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production, shipping, and receiving targets.
• Identify and report any issues with incoming or outgoing shipments, including shortages, overages, or quality concerns.

• Experience in shipping and receiving operations in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with warehouse pick and pack processes, including order accuracy and packaging standards.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.
• Experience handling parts and materials received from both international and domestic sources.
• Attention to detail to ensure correct quantities, labels, and documentation.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Prior experience working with automotive parts or components is a plus.
• Comfort working with international shipments and related documentation is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing warehouse processes and requirements.

This position follows a daytime schedule of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break. The role is based in a warehouse environment that involves physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and operating forklifts throughout the shift. Team members work around shelving, pallets, and material-handling equipment while following safety procedures. The setting is fast-paced and production-driven, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and collaboration among warehouse staff.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
