Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM | 2nd Shift

The team member in this role will work in manufacturing areas, performing routine tasks such as labeling, stacking, packing, wiping, or assembling finished goods. Tasks will be assigned by the Production Supervisor based on production needs and must be performed safely and efficiently.

Job Duties

• Apply labels to boxes, containers, pails, drums, and finished products.
• Fill containers manually using hoses and valves connected to holding tanks or totes.
• Assemble and package products by placing bottles, inserts, accessories, caps, and pumps into designated containers.
• Operate ultrasonic welding equipment to properly seal product caps when required.
• Palletize finished products and prepare orders for storage or shipment.
• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with all safety and quality procedures.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Basic math skills required for measurements, counts, and production-related calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse environment.
• Experience working around production lines and assembly operations preferred.
• Ability to successfully pass required safety and quality assessments.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and maintain productivity in a deadline-driven environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand for up to four hours at a time.
• Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with repetitive tasks and production schedules.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Worker you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Worker supports warehouse productivity through accurate inventory handling, order fulfillment, and material movement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
