Warehouse Worker in Huron, OH  

Starting Pay Rate: $  19.52- 1.00 Shift Differential. 

Full-Time Benefits! 

Shift: Monday- Friday, 3pm - 11pm.

  

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Warehouse Worker to join our architectural coatings distribution team at The Pittsburgh Paints Co.  You’ll perform a variety of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, shipping, and inventory management—all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

  

Key Responsibilities May Include  

  • Follow established procedures to safely unload various pallets, totes, drums, etc.  
  • Manually detailed picking customer orders. 
  • Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment including Stand up order picker, and turret truck. 
  • Receive and put away inventory following established processes.  
  • Follow all dock and safety procedures associated with loading/unloading trailers.  
  • Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.  
    • Complete other tasks such as housekeeping, relabeling and packaging product, also working in e-commerce. 
    • Working with warehouse management systems and RF Hand Scanners. 

     

    Qualifications  

    • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
    • SAP experience is a plus!
    • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks. 
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 80 lbs occasionally. 
    • Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts (stand up and sit down),and other equipment.  
    • Wearing protective gear including steel toes shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face shields, ear plugs, hard hats and other PPE as required. 
    • Operating man up equipment up to 20 feet above ground. 
    • Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
