Warehouse Worker I

Job Summary

Our client, a leading foodservice equipment and supply distribution company, is seeking Warehouse Associates for a contract assignment at their distribution facility in Holliston, MA. Three positions are available. This role supports receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, unpack, inspect, and store merchandise and materials
- Accurately pick orders using a voice-picking system
- Pack and prepare products for shipment
- Load trucks and stage materials for distribution
- Fill requisitions and customer orders in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment, including power jacks and double walkies
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow all warehouse safety practices and procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Required Qualifications

- Experience with warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as power jacks and double walkies
- Working knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Steel toe boots required on Day 1 (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with voice-picking systems
- Prior experience in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment center
- Familiarity with inventory accuracy procedures

About the Role

- Location: Holliston, MA (on-site; no travel required)
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to Midnight
- Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with expected overtime of 8 to 10 hours per week
- Contract duration: Long-term contingent assignment (approximately 1,548 hours per opening)
- Competitive rate
