Job Summary
Edward Don & Company is seeking 2 Warehouse Associates to support receiving, stocking, order selection, and shipping operations. This role involves operating warehouse equipment, selecting and loading products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and efficiently. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse work and operating material handling equipment.

- May leave earlier depending on workload
Hiring Process

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and select merchandise from assigned warehouse locations
- Verify product quantities and units of measure
- Load merchandise onto trucks for delivery
- Move inventory from reserve locations to picking locations
- Prepare merchandise for shipment via freight carriers
- Repack loose merchandise for shipment
- Verify product quality, packaging, and vendor compliance standards
- Shrink-wrap pallets and merchandise as needed
- Identify inventory slotting and put-away issues
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties
- Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Lift 40 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, climbing, twisting, and reaching

- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order-picking experience preferred
- Ability to operate or learn:
- Forklift
- Pallet Jack
- Cherry Picker
- RF Scanner
- Ability to successfully complete forklift certification training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
