Position: Warehouse Worker II
Location: Dallas, TX 75241
Duration: 9 Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Onsite
Shift: Monday to Friday from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM
Summary:
- The Warehouse Colleague supports daily warehouse operations by processing, handling, and shipping products that range from personal protective equipment to the instruments.
- This role plays a key part in delivering products that support healthcare, education, and the advancement while maintaining accuracy, safety, and dependability.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders daily to meet customer expectations
- Work across one or more warehouse process areas, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures, including hazardous materials documentation when required
- Ensure inventory is stored properly and safely
- Maintain accuracy and quality in all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient daily operations
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years of general warehouse experience.
- Must have Cherry Picker experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
- Ability to read and write in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (e.g., order pickers)
- Experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals)
- Experience using computers and scanning equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
