Warehouse Worker

Location: Kent, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift, 5:00 AM until completion
Pay: $800–$1,000 per week
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Position Overview

Capstone is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse and distribution operations in Kent. This is a hands-on position in a fast-moving environment where teamwork, reliability, safety, and consistent productivity are essential.

As part of the warehouse team, you’ll help keep freight moving efficiently from receiving through shipment while maintaining an organized and safe work area.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include:

• Load and unload freight and materials

• Select, sort, stage, and organize products

• Move freight throughout the warehouse

• Build and wrap pallets for shipment

• Repack and prepare products as needed

• Perform freight counts, audits, and other quality checks

• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and cleanup

• Follow site safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Perform additional warehouse duties based on business needs

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment

• Comfortable working at a steady pace throughout the shift

• Ability to safely lift and carry materials weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or equipment experience is a plus

• Willingness to learn and follow established processes

• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members

Training is available for qualified candidates who are new to warehouse operations.
