Job Responsibilities
Duties
Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail
Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software
Ensure proper stocking of products on shelves or pallets, adhering to safety and trade compliance standards
Assist in shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely dispatch of goods
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using data entry skills and basic math proficiency
Support warehouse distribution activities by loading/unloading trucks and managing order picking processes

Qualifications
Qualifications
Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs is highly desirable
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and stock management
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
Excellent customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and trade compliance regulations
