Why Work Here?
You will join a manufacturing organization that has built its business around energy efficiency, sustainability, and ecological responsibility for decades. The culture emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, environmentally conscious operations. Upon conversion to permanent employment, you can access a comprehensive benefits package that may include matched retirement plans, stock option retirement programs, earned time off, vacation, and medical coverage starting on day one. Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility where approximately 95% of the work is performed indoors. The noise level is typically loud, and hearing protection is required. The physical demands include regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for up to 80% of the time, and performing activities such as walking, reaching, bending, stooping, sitting, and fine hand manipulation. Strong hand–eye coordination is needed to operate tools and equipment safely. Work is generally scheduled across any of three shifts for about forty hours per week, with some weekend overtime expected. You should expect to get dirty by the end of your shift due to the nature of the work. A manufacturing dress code applies: steel toe or composite toe boots must be self-supplied, while personal protective equipment such as ear plugs, safety glasses or goggles (or side shields for approved prescription glasses), gloves, and arm shields is provided. Tools required for the role are issued on-site, enabling you to perform your duties safely and effectively.
