Warehouse Worker

Our client, a leading distribution and logistics organization, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: Miramar, FL

Pay Range: 7:30am to 4:00pm (Summer overtime is 5:00am to 5:00pm)

Shift: $15.00

What's the Job?

• Pack and wrap products and pallets with high quality standards
• Understand and implement standard 5S principles to maintain organization
• Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Manually lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs
• Collaborate in unloading arriving containers and verify product specifications (Dimensions/SKUs/Labels/Lots)

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate sit-down lift trucks safely and efficiently (Certification required or ability to obtain)
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic math skills with attention to counting accuracy and consistency
• Strong work ethic with a focus on detail orientation
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English; Spanish skills are preferred
