Warehouse Worker (Night Shift)

Join a fast-paced warehouse team responsible for getting customer orders ready for next-day delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, loading, unloading, and order-picking experience who enjoys hands-on work and a consistent 4-day schedule.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 PM-5:00 AM

PPE/Dress Code: Safety-toe shoes required

What You'll Do:

• Pick and build orders accurately based on invoices and dock-route requirements.
• Load and unload products for delivery trucks while following computerized loading instructions.
• Move products safely using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Inspect warehouse equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while handling, replenishing, and organizing products.

Employment Terms: This position is a temporary/contract engagement through RightStone. Standard corporate health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse loading/unloading experience is required.
• Experience with repetitive warehouse work is strongly preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 65 pounds; individual boxes may weigh up to 20 pounds and require repetitive handling.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, squat, reach, and reach overhead.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, professional, safety-conscious, and able to multitask.
