The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and follows all safety policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Label, tag, and document inventory appropriately
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
  • Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move for extended periods
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Experience using handheld scanners

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures
  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying
  • Use of warehouse machinery and equipment
