Job Description
Hiring Need
- Looking to hire one full-time Warehouse Associate on a direct hire basis.
- Position will support warehouse operations by:
- Loading and unloading stone slabs from trucks.
- Assisting with general warehouse responsibilities.
- Driving a box truck as needed (valid driving qualifications required).
- Operating a small jib crane
- Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift experience.
- Bilingual candidate preferred.
- Current Staffing:
- Currently utilizing a couple of part-time warehouse employees.
- This opening is intended to add a dedicated full-time team member.
Hiring Process
Ramiro Stones has a thorough interview process consisting of:
- Initial Zoom interview.
- Approximately two-hour in-person interview.
- Practical evaluation operating warehouse equipment.
Pay Range- 24-30 based on experience
