Warehouse Worker on the Intel Campus – Shift 5
Job Description
This role supports a fast-paced warehouse and factory environment by using computers and tablets to process orders, transport materials across a large campus, and clean specialized equipment. You will handle shipping and receiving tasks, prepare and label packages, and move materials safely, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Over time, you will receive cross-training to support both warehouse stockroom operations and factory support functions.
Responsibilities
Use tablets and computers to access, review, and process orders accurately.
Work throughout the campus to transport materials between warehouse, stockroom, and factory areas.
Perform shipping and receiving duties, including unloading and loading materials.
Receive orders, verify accuracy, and deliver materials throughout the facility in a timely manner.
Package, label, and prepare items for shipment or internal distribution.
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as trained and authorized.
Use RF scanners and RF scan guns to perform order picking, order pulling, stocking, and inventory control.
Support warehouse distribution activities, including palletizing, warehouse inventory, and warehouse forklift operations.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including cleaning specific tool equipment as required.
Train for and perform Warehouse Stockroom duties outside of the factory environment.
Train for and perform factory support roles such as FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover, which require extensive walking and attention to detail.
Work inside the factory in a cleanroom environment, wearing a full bunny suit and remaining on your feet for most of the shift.
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating procedures to maintain a safety-conscious workplace.
Collaborate with team members and leverage available training and support to perform duties effectively.
Essential Skills
Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse distribution.
Proficiency with computers, tablets, and basic computer skills.
Experience with spreadsheets for tracking or recording information.
Order picking, order pulling, picking and packing experience.
Experience using RF scanners or RF scan guns for inventory and order processing.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
Ability to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift.
Experience with warehouse inventory and inventory control.
Experience with unloading and loading materials.
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (sit-down forklift, warehouse forklift), or willingness to train.
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling materials and performing factory support tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
Willingness to wear required safety footwear, including steel or composite shoes that cover the ankles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with logistics and warehouse distribution operations.
Experience stocking, palletizing, and working in a warehouse stockroom.
Familiarity with cleanroom or factory support environments is beneficial.
Interest in advanced forklift training and additional material handling certifications.
Comfort working in a bunny suit or similar cleanroom attire.
Ability to adapt to cross-training for both warehouse and factory support roles.
Strong reliability and consistency in following detailed procedures and policies.

Work Environment
This position is for Shift 5, working 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday through Tuesday with every other Wednesday, for 12-hour shifts. Work is conducted onsite in a fast-paced warehouse and factory setting with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to established policies and procedures. You will initially support a warehouse stockroom outside the factory and, over time, also support factory operations in roles such as FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover, which require extensive walking and continuous attention to detail. Inside the factory, you work in a cleanroom environment wearing a full bunny suit and remain on your feet for most of the day. Appropriate safety footwear is required, including steel or composite shoes that cover the ankles; good quality walking shoes are important for factory support duties, while above-ankle steel-toe footwear is required when supporting the warehouse. The dress code is casual workwear under the safety and cleanroom requirements, and you will have access to abundant training and support to perform your duties safely and effectively

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
