What we offer at Snap-on
- Start at $21.86 per hour and earn $23.05 per hour within the first 3 months of employment
- Paid Holidays eligible first day of employment – 9 scheduled holidays per year
- Paid Vacation eligible after one month of service - up to 40 hours first year
- Annual safety shoe allowance up to $100
Responsibilities:
What we do at Snap-on
- Take pride in a safe, clean, work environment and promote safety every day
- Practice a robust continuous improvement program to eliminate waste
- Receive and put-away product from suppliers using RF scanners, pallet jacks and safety knives
- Ensure orders are packed properly and ready to ship to customers
Qualifications:
What we require to work at Snap-on
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced, organized, warehouse environment
- Able to push and maneuver a cart weighing up to 200 lbs. most of your shift
- Able to frequently lift, push and slide packages typically weighing up to 40 lbs.; team lift required at 50 lbs.
- Able to bend, pivot, continuously reach and grasp product, and hold an RF scanner with your hands and wrists most of your shift
- Able to be on your feet 4 hours per shift
- Able to work 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7:00am-11:00am
- Team-minded people who believe daily and on-time attendance is essential to get the job done
- Able to successfully pass a drug test
