Description


As a Warehouse Worker - Receiver at McCue Corporation, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming materials to ensure they meet company standards and purchase order requirements. Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will work closely with other Distribution Center team members to support efficient operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.


Hours 8am-5pm


Responsibilities:


+ Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with purchase orders and company standards.

+ Perform receiving inspections, including random sampling for quality control, and accurately complete inspection records (training provided; prior experience a plus).

+ Verify quantities, part numbers, and condition of materials; report discrepancies or damages promptly.

+ Accurately record receiving transactions in real time using Great Plains (GP).

+ Label, tag, and properly store materials in designated locations.

+ Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts; complete required daily equipment safety checks.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area, including proper documentation of inspections and maintenance as required.

+ Assist with inventory control activities, including stock rotation and cycle counts, as needed.

+ Support other Distribution Center operations and assist team members as directed by the Distribution Center Manager or immediate supervisor.


_Requirements:_


+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Must be able to lift heavy objects (occasionally between 60-75 lbs.) with or without reasonable accommodation for an entire shift

+ Previous warehouse

+ Forklift operation experience is a must

+ Must be dependable and a team player

+ Strong attention to detail
