Description: Our client, a small family-owned business manufacturing insulation products for temperature sensitive goods, is seeking to fill a position as a full-time warehouse associate at its' Sacramento location.

Warehouse Worker Job Responsibilities:

• Operates extrusion equipment (after thorough operational & safety training)
• Produce pallet covers/ quilts with the use of raw material, scissors, tape gun
• Fold Blankets with partner as needed, add D-Rings
• Complete shipments by processing and loading orders in timely manner
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
• Provide quality finished good (pallet covers, quilts, blankets) by following organization standards
• Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
• Promote clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Learn quickly and communicate effectively.

Warehouse Worker Qualifications / Skills:

• Experience with machine operation and maintenance
• Able to use scissors, tape gun.
• Cut material accurately.
• Able stand for long period of time, squat & work on knees occasionally
• Able to work in a warehouse with various changes in temperature
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Meet minimum production standards - quality & quantity.
• Forklift Certification is a plus
• Familiarity with LTL & FL shipments a plus
• Dependable & Reliable
• Able to work with little supervision

Pay Rate: $23.50 - $25.00 per hr. (DOE)

Work Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:00 pm

Location: Sacramento, CA.
