Position Overview
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by organizing, locating, and moving materials throughout the facility. This Warehouse Worker role works closely with production and quality teams to maintain workflow efficiency and inventory accuracy. The ideal Warehouse Worker is dependable, organized, and eager to learn additional responsibilities.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous warehouse, expediting, or material handling experience preferred
Experience supporting quality processes is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Move, locate, and organize materials and parts throughout the facility
Support production flow by ensuring parts are available when needed
Track and manage inventory and part locations accurately
Assist with quality-related tasks and inspections
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Learn and perform part marking duties after training
Communicate with production and quality teams to support efficiency
