Position Summary

The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining materials, equipment, and supplies within a controlled manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate inventory transactions, proper storage conditions, and on time material flow to support production and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately perform ERP system transactions including receipts, shipments, and material issuance

• Build multi component kits for operations and customer orders

• Package parts for shipment to ensure on time delivery

• Review shipment and kitting documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Store and stock inventory with precision and organization

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records

• Determine proper storage methods based on temperature, humidity, weight limits, turnover, and floor load capacity

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization daily

• Operate forklift when required

• Communicate effectively with Planning and Manufacturing teams

• Support additional operational duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to adapt and handle multiple priorities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience

• ERP or MRP system experience required

• Forklift experience preferred
