We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $20.95 - $21.65. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Warehouse/Material Logistics Associate

Shift: 5:30 AM - 3:50 PM Mon - Thu

Key Responsibilities

• Handle material movement (receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping)
• Perform SAP/WMS transactions accurately and timely
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines (PPE)
• Support packaging activities as per regulatory requirements
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in counting and verification
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift if required)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience
• Experience in pick/pack and inventory handling
• Familiarity with SAP/WMS systems and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Forklift certification
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment
