We are humbled by the long‑term relationships with our customers, earned through the packaging solutions we offer, including design, engineering, testing, manufacturing, and fulfillment of custom and stock packaging.Your RoleInventory Control ClerkWork Location : 16351 W Glendale Ave, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, possible daily and weekend overtime depending on customer needsShift : 8:00am to 4:30pmCompensation : $19.00 per hourBenefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday PayAs an Inventory Control Clerk with us, you'll be hands‑on, with a heavy emphasis on leading inventory and tool management activities.What You'll Be DoingEssential FunctionsHandle all aspects of inventory movement of materials and tools, including stocking, re‑stocking, and accounting for every item in the warehouseCompile and maintain records of the quantity, type, and value of the inventory on handParticipate in monthly and year‑end inventory cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation issuesCoordinate inventory requirements and procurement details with the Division's General ManagerTrack the transportation and distribution of tool and material inventoryOversee the records of all stocks and compile evaluation reports. Daily auditing of inventory is also a task for the inventory specialistCoordinate inventory requirements and procurement details with vendors and customersParticipate in the inventory cycle countingAccount and report inventory surplus, product/tool returns, and any damagesReplenish stock in the warehouse and fill order formsMaintain and oversee the records of all stocks and compile reports as neededConduct a daily audit of inventoryEnsure all employees and visitors entering the warehouse are wearing the proper safety equipment and security badges at all timesWork in conjunction with all staff to ensure readiness for any inspection or auditWhat We'd Like to See from YouRequiredDemonstrated knowledge of inventory management and quality managementExcellent communication skills (written, verbal & listening) and interpersonal skills needed to interface with and influence all levels of personnelAbility to work Monday through Friday assigned schedule, with occasional required weekends and overtimeStrong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize daily work and meet all internal and external deadlinesAbility to push and pull up to 75 pounds and lift up to 50 poundsHighly DesiredHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transportation, warehousing, and/or distribution environmentExperience using a forklift and pallet jacks#J-18808-Ljbffr
