Responsibilities include running shears, induction heaters, and maintaining equipment, while assisting with die changeovers and recording production data. The role requires monitoring machine operation, ensuring safety, and maintaining a clean work area. Must operate furnaces, load/unload billets, and handle metal shaping processes.
Qualifications include 2-5 years of forging experience, ability to work overtime and weekends, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and good communication. A high school diploma is required, and the role demands a self-starter capable of multitasking and following safety protocols.
