We are seeking experienced Warping and Weaving operators with Textile experience for a position in Kernersville, NC!Direct hire!12-hour shifts -6pm-6am $23.69/hrMon - Thurs (some OT on Fridays)Summary: Operator will support all aspects of production at the Warping and Weaving facility. Duties will be assigned by a manger/supervisor and can include any of the aspects of the job listed below.Ability to demonstrate proficiency at all aspects of the job within a defined amount of time is a requirement of the job. Failure to demonstrate proficiency within the specified timeline will result in termination. Additional detail will be discussed in the interview process.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Warping/Weaving Machine Operator will Support all aspects of warping and weaving production such as but not limited to what is described below.Warping/Weaving Machine Operator will Perform warping operator duties such as but not limited to:Warping/Weaving Machine Operator will Loading creel – 5 to 20 lbs yarn packagesWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Tie in packagesWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Set up creel and warper for operationWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Thread up eye board and reedWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Verify quality during operationWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Record key process parameters at specified intervalsWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Use the computer system to enter process specific information and generate labelsWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Load and unload warp beamsWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Set machine parameters according to weaving data sheetWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Perform style changes including pattern changeWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Load loom beams and unload finished fabricWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Verify quality during weaving operationWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Repair mechanical stopsWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Flag defects when deemed necessaryWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will Maintain specified paperwork.Warping/Weaving Machine Operator will Use computer system to enter process specific information and generate labelsWarping/Weaving Machine Operator will perform other duties as neededBenefits Available to APR employees:Short/Long Term Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceTerm LifeShort Term DisabilityDirect DepositHoliday PayService Bonus
