    Lost Pines Toyota is a family run automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle care. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our service team.

    Job Summary:
    The Automotive Warranty Administrator is responsible for processing, submitting, and following up on warranty claims with manufacturers. This role ensures timely and accurate claim handling while maintaining compliance with manufacturer policies and dealership standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, review, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely manner
    • Verify documentation to ensure claims meet manufacturer requirements and guidelines
    • Track and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt reimbursement
    • Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and documentation
    • Communicate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary repair information
    • Reconcile warranty receivables and address discrepancies
    • Stay up to date with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
    • Assist with warranty audits and reporting as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in automotive warranty administration or dealership service department preferred
    • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g. Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
