Purpose of Position

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all warranty claims.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with warranty policies.

Maximize Warranty Recovery

Maintain Accurate Records

Act as liaison between internal departments and the aircraft manufacturer or warranty provider.

Associates in Aviation Management or related field

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)

  • Aircraft maintenance, aviation/technical records or warranty experience.
  • Practical experience in similar role of cost and/or invoice and warranty auditing.
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft service agreements, warranty contracts, and program documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on assigned work as well as ad-hoc projects.
  • Basic understanding of business and financial processes.
  • Ability to use experience and knowledge to creatively improve processes and increase efficiencies.
  • Working knowledge of MS office applications with an emphasis on Power Point and Excel.
  • Ability to understand, create and communicate financial reports and corporate financial information.
  • Familiar with NetJets maintenance tracking and work order systems (Preferred but not required).
