DCD Automotive/Nucar is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Process factory and extended warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify warranty coverage and eligibility.
• Reconcile warranty receivables with manufacturer payments.
• Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on unpaid or rejected warranty submissions.
• Ensure warranty documentation complies with manufacturer requirements.
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues.
• Maintain organized warranty records and support warranty audits as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive warranty administration experience is required.
• Experience with Tekion dealership management software is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
