We're looking for a Warranty Administrator who will prepare warranty documents, submit paperwork to the manufacturer, and track claims and follow up as necessary. You will also be responsible for scheduling warranty appointments, coordinating with vendors for replacement parts, and keep up-to-date on factory recalls and announcements. This role can be based at any of our dealership locations.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: 

  • Process warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor.  
  • Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.  
  • Verify criteria required by factory or distributor.  
  • Track warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement, and date on which part may be disposed.  
  • Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor or be scrapped.  
  • File and maintain all service records as required by the warrantor.  
  • Keep informed of all factory recalls and bulletins. 

Education and/or required experience: 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 
  • 1+ years of experience working in dealerships or with OEMs required.
  • Prior experience managing warranty claims from start to finish a must.
  • Ability to operate and understand various PC based programs and invoicing 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 annually.  Compensation will be determined based on experience, competencies, certifications, and education.
