Servco is looking for a Warranty Associate to join our Servco Quality Division. This position will play a key role in processing warranty claims and provide our dealerships assistance with dealer claims processing.

Responsibilities:
- Review daily claim submission by dealers to ensure necessary information is submitted accurately
- Analyze repairs to determine allowable conditions for warranty acceptance based on manufacturer's guidelines
- Determine acceptance or denial of warranty claim
- Assist dealers over the phone and via email with questions or corrections to warranty claim
- Process claim submissions through Servco and manufacturer's claim system
- Prepare data on Excel spreadsheets for claim payment processing
- Review monthly claim submission by Subaru of America to authorize payment
- Stay abreast of all warranty policies, warranty claims procedures, and warranty claims systems
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- A.S. Degree in Automotive or related field preferred
- Minimum one year of automotive experience performing clerical, service writing, or mechanical work
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ten-key
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Excellent organization and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
